Release notes:
- CHANGED: The "offline indicator" is now disabled when installing Mailplane. Tip: The setting can be changed on the Preferences > Advanced preference page.
- FIX: OSX 10.5.8 only: License installation didn't work correctly
- FIX: Keyboard shortcut check at startup didn't work
- FIX: Authentication SSL certificate error when using some USB wireless modems
- FIX: Authentication didn't work with some proxy servers
