Download improvements
Mailplane now checks if the download destination folder exists and will warn you if it cannot be found.
Plus there is a new General preference "Always ask me where to save files." If you turn it on, each download will pop up a file chooser.
Bugfix: Removed double Growl notification for "Download starting..."
